In the lively Lange Veerstraat, right in the center of Haarlem, you will find BRUIS: a modern brasserie with a French base and a high culinary level. BRUIS opened in 2021 from a partnership between Michelin star chef Joshua Jaring, host Lucas Knoll and chef Dennis Frank. Dennis, Lucas and Joshua know each other through Ratatouille Food & Wine, where they worked together and developed their shared vision of gastronomy and hospitality.
