Burwash Larder is a premium farm shop and deli located on the historic grounds of Burwash Manor in Barton, Cambridge.Founded in 1985 by local farmer Mike Radford, it began as a roadside honesty box selling surplus asparagus and sweetcorn. Today, the Larder—housed in a custom-built barn—features over 3,000 products. The shop specializes in organic and locally sourced foods and boasts a 70-variety cheese counter, Leech and Sons master butchers, fresh produce, and a deli serving lunch and specialty coffee.
