In 1995 begon Noor zijn carrière in Nederland, gevlucht uit Afghanistan vanwege oorlog. Met hard werken bij een schoonmaakbedrijf overdag en als afwasser ‘s avonds, kwam hij bij El Ternero terecht. Noor zag kansen waar anderen die niet zagen en hielp het restaurant groeien. In 2005 he seized the opportunity to become owner, with the help of others who recognized his passion. Since then he has transformed El Ternero into one of the best restaurants in Amersfoort and the surrounding area.
