The Pasetti family has a long winemaking tradition dating back to the Bourbon period. After the devastation of phylloxera, the family resumed its activity as a grape grower and trader, then turning them into wine in the 1950s, becoming a regional benchmark. In the 1960s, grandfather Franco had the bold idea of opening the first local store.
