croissant city baking class put your aprons on and get ready to dive hands-first into making croissants from scratch! you’ll learn the lamination process start to finish to create croissants, pains au chocolat and much more! in addition to tons of baked pastries, you’ll leave with your own laminated dough and the know-how to keep creating at home. the class will be fun, fast-paced and suitable for any experience level. we emphasize embracing imperfections and the joy of eating and sharing the fruits of your hard work! refreshments and light bites will be provided. the class will be held 4 - 6:30pm at the bakery (801 frenchmen st.) and is for ages 18+. sold out gingerbread house decorating class get into the holiday spirit by decorating and assembling your very own shotgun-style gingerbread house! this class is great for any experience and skill level. we'll demonstrate our go-to methods and decorating secrets to help get you started, but if you've got a vision in mind and just want to make a sugary mess in our kitchen instead of yours, go for it! refreshments and light bites will be provided. also champagne!
