jeff’s passion for the culinary arts has been fueled by many years of extensive world travel that has allowed him to experience different cultures, flavours, and culinary practices. after a successful business career, jeff decided to pursue his passion for cooking and honed his skills under the watchful eye of critically acclaimed chef gareth ward, at the two michelin starred restaurant, ynyshir. jeff’s journey continued, working at a number of michelin starred restaurants, most recently the fat duck in bray. his cooking style has been influenced by his experiences and travels around the world with kenni. he has a particular interest in asian flavours, which can be found throughout his unique recipes.
