Founded in 2015, Brioche was the first in the city to bring classic French recipes, high quality standards, and the atmosphere of small Parisian bistros to Minsk. Today, the chain includes four locations: Boutique at 6 Storozhevskaya Street, Novaya Borovaya Street, and Tatarskaya Street 2, as well as Brioche Bistro at 106 Pobediteley Street.
