Algerian Coffee Stores first opened in 1887 and continues to operate proudly from its original location in the heart of Soho, London. Named after its first owner, an Algerian gentleman, the store has changed hands twice—once in the 1920s and again in 1946—and today remains a family-run business. Now in its third generation, we are proud to be an independent, family-owned establishment. Pictured here from the 1980s are Dad, Paul, with us two girls, Daniela and Marisa.
