About us
A sort of gateway to Japanese culture through the prism of our cuisine.
Azabu is a Japanese teppanyaki restaurant in Paris's 6th arrondissement (Rive Gauche), preparing haute cuisine on a hot metal plate in front of guests. Run by Mami Nakamura, its ground floor centers on the teppan counter where guests watch the chef cook, while the basement offers a traditional Japanese-style space with a large central table beside a tsukubai water basin. Signature dishes include grilled foie gras with honey sauce, wagyu beef, and nori-wrapped salmon tartare.
