Calonge Sagardotegia is a family-run natural cider house in the Igeldo district of San Sebastián, producing traditional natural cider since the early 20th century (about 145,000 litres per year). Fully renovated in 2006, it's the only cider house in the area with sea views over the Cantabrian coast. During cider season (January–April) it serves the traditional txotx-style menu straight from the barrels; the rest of the year it operates as a full restaurant with starters, fish, and desserts.
