Emmoi is a combined words of “Em” and “Moi”. In Vietnamese Em means someone who is younger than you and Moi in Finnish means Hello. By the name of Emmoi we want to welcome you to our kitchen – The Vietnamese Authentic restaurant. Vietnamese food is very well known for the most varied and seductive food on Earth. Through over 4000 years of history, the Vietnamese has learnt to prepare their food by the age-old native flavors and techniques, then mixed the flavors with different style of colonial visitors. Vietnamese food gets influenced by surrounding neighbors like Thai, Cambodia, Laos, Indonesia, and China. For almost 100 years under Autonomy of France Colonial gave to the Vietnamese food also a taste of Europe. Vietnamese food is like a taste of half of Asia.
