In the early 1950s, Carlo Galliani founded Galliani delicatessen, one of the first companies in the food sector in Brianza.
Among our first products, still our flagships today, are Milanese pâté and Russian salad.
Today, as then, we stand out for our careful selection of ingredients, mostly Italian, and our attention to the authenticity of our products, which follow time-honored recipes, revisited to reflect modern tastes.
Some of our favorites include sauces (Russian salad, tuna sauce, and Capricciosa salad), pâtés (meat, fish, etc.), and roasts: veal, Genoese, and spinach.
We employ qualified personnel, trained over the years with training courses, and boast decades of experience in preparing ready-to-eat (RTE) foods.
