Traditional fish and chips in Redditch
My wife’s family were running the fish & chip shop since 1967. I came to the UK to help Paul and Penny Hanson, the Father and Mother of my Wife Margarita Hanson, who had worked there since she was just 12 years old. In 1987, when my Father-in-law went into sausage manufacturing, I started managing the shop. Then in 1994, we took the business over from Mom and Dad, and have run it as Husband & Wife ever since.
