With this idea, Joachim Lermer began operating his first mobile chicken grill in the southern Odenwald in 1984, thus becoming a pioneer in mobile food service. The convincing quality of his goods led to steadily increasing demand, resulting in the expansion of the fleet by two additional vehicles and the creation of additional jobs.
