The present only exists through the prism of the past. We know this well at La Gran Taberna, where we aspire to offer you the Great Traditional Cuisine of Oviedo every day. Located a few meters from the city's Cathedral, we are lucky enough to treasure one of the most magical corners of the capital of Asturias, our patio. An entire patio of the Asturian palace, where among vegetation and stone and under wooden corridors, you can enjoy dishes that are reinvented every day to offer you increasingly classic, great traditional cuisine.
Seeking tradition is not always doing the same thing. But to get closer and closer to the purest recipes, trusting in what the season brings from the hands of the best possible suppliers.
