Sometimes things just fall into place. For Nona, it started with a move to Ghent, for love. Not much later, Noon crossed her path. A place with character and room to grow. She soon knew: here I can build on what I really want.
You can taste that love in everything we make. Every morning our vegetables are freshly washed and cut, completely in-house. This way we keep control over quality, freshness and taste. You can see that on the plate and you can taste it at every lunch.
