Our story began with Pablo, our founder, who brought with him his Andalusian roots and his family's hospitality experience. The premises, formerly an Indian restaurant, were meticulously transformed to recreate an authentic Andalusian patio, complete with its characteristic wrought-iron gate, albero floor, yellow walls, and details that transport you directly to southern Spain. "I wanted the customer to feel like they were in Andalusia," says Pablo.Taberna Andaluza Benidorm opened its doors to bring the authenticity of Andalusian cuisine to the heart of Benidorm.
