Restaurant Vester originated from a shared dream of Silvester and Sanne. Both have an enormous passion for travel, hospitality and creating special moments. During their travels along the Mediterranean, they discovered a wealth of flavors, smells and dishes that bring people together. They wanted to take that holiday vibe and Mediterranean inspiration back to Haarlem and that is how Vester was born.
